Appointments & Cancellations

Booking

Appointments can be made by phone, online or in person. Walk-ins are welcome but subject to availability. We recommend booking in advance for the best selection of times and technicians.

Cancellation Policy

• Please give us at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee at our discretion
• Late arrivals: we may need to shorten or reschedule your service if you arrive more than 15 minutes late

Confirmation Messages

If you provide a phone number, you may receive automated appointment confirmations and reminders via SMS or call. You can opt out anytime by replying STOP or contacting us directly.

Payment & Pricing

• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged

Salon Conduct

To maintain a welcoming environment for all guests and staff, we ask that you:

• Disclose any allergies, medical conditions or skin sensitivities before service begins
• Treat our technicians and other guests with respect at all times
• Keep your phone on silent and limit calls during service
• Supervise children at all times. We are not responsible for unattended minors
• Refrain from bringing food or outside beverages without permission

We reserve the right to terminate service or refuse future appointments for anyone whose behavior is harmful, disruptive or disrespectful to staff or other clients.
