How long do gel manicures actually last?
With proper aftercare, our gel manicures last 2 to 3 weeks without chipping or lifting. The biggest factors are how hard you are on your hands (think dishes, gardening, gym) and using cuticle oil daily.
Acrylic and gel extension sets typically need a fill every 2 to 3 weeks and a full new set every 6 to 8 weeks depending on growth.
Do you really use organic products?
Yes. Wherever it's possible without compromising results, we use organic, plant-based and herbal products. Our soaks, scrubs and treatment oils are all part of this approach. If you have specific allergies or sensitivities, let us know and we'll make sure everything we use works for you.
Can I bring my child for a service?
Absolutely. Our Kids Menu is designed specifically for ages 10 and under, with shorter sessions and gentler products. Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian throughout the entire service.
Birthday packages and mommy-and-me bookings are also available. Just give us a heads up so we can prep the space.
Do I need an appointment or can I walk in?
Both work. Walk-ins are always welcome and we'll do our best to get you in quickly. That said, for the best availability (especially weekends and evenings) we recommend booking ahead so you can lock in your preferred time and technician.
What's your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.
Stuff happens, we get it. Just call or text us as soon as you know and we'll work with you.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash and all major credit and debit cards. Gratuities can be paid in cash or added to your card at the end of your service.
Can I bring a reference photo for my nail design?
Please do. Reference photos are the easiest way to make sure we land your exact look. Pull something from our gallery, Pinterest, Instagram or wherever. Our techs love a clear visual.
